Hi! I’m Christine Duggan, otherwise known as Miss Chris! I am a special educator at the ECDC. I completed my education at Westfield State College and Bridgewater State College. I am certified in both special education and early childhood education. I began my teaching career in the public schools in 1994, and have been in Franklin since 1995. Having grown up in the town of Franklin, I was thrilled to be working in a town I hold dear to my heart. I currently reside in Cumberland, RI with my husband, two children (John 19, and Sarah 17) and my two Portuguese Water Dogs, Hendrick and Zoey. When I’m not at ECDC I enjoy reading, shopping, walking my dogs, and spending time with my friends and family.
